Full tube cut list with lengths computed from the 3D frame geometry. Hoop splay reading is stated on the sheet: floor +/-9in to main top +/-20in is the reading under which the frame's stated 40.00/38.00in crossbars land exact — true lengths therefore run longer than flat 2D numbers, and the sheet says so. True 1:1 scale on 9x11 tiled sheets with assembly key and print-check squares. VERIFY BEFORE CUTTING: seat fit, engine plate (match-drill to your engine) and steering toe are design spec — confirm seat and driver clearance before final weld.
