Coleman CT200U / BT200X — Torque Converter Riser Plate Template (Predator 212 / 196cc)

Printable 1:1 riser plate template for mounting a 30-series torque converter (TAV) on a Coleman CT200U or BT200X with a Predator 212 or 196cc clone. Raises the engine so the converter clears the frame and the gas tank stays put — the plate builders in the mini bike groups keep asking for. Engine slots are dimensioned from the Predator 212 manual: slot centers 6.38 in (162 mm), slot pairs 2.97 in (75.5 mm) and 3.17 in (80.5 mm), slots 0.375 x 1.125 in for 5/16 in bolts, with +/-0.375 in of chain adjustment. FITMENT NOTES (also printed on the drawing): confirm which slot pair sits front on your engine before cutting, and the plate is weld-on or match-drill to your bike's stock engine plate — no frame holes are pre-marked, by design. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI — print at 100%, verify against the 2 in calibration square, trace, cut.
