Half fender template set for 22.5" wheels: R25" centerline arc with 140° sweep (3" clearance over a 42" 11R22.5 tire), 24" wide cut sheet that rolls to the arc, plus two 8"x6" 1/4" bracket plates with U-bolt holes for 3" square tube arms. Print 1:1. Verify U-bolt hole spacing against your fender arms before cutting.
