Unwrapped cut curve computed from true cylinder-intersection geometry: wrap width 3.927in (pi x 1.25in circumference), max cut depth 0.815in, seam ticks every 45 degrees, and a 1in scale-check square. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
