Printable wrap stencil for a true fishmouth (saddle) cope: 1.25in OD branch tube joining a 1.75in OD main tube at 90 degrees, centerlines intersecting. Unwrapped cut curve computed from the cylinder-intersection formula depth = R - sqrt(R^2 - (r cos t)^2) with r = 0.625in, R = 0.875in: wrap width 3.927in (pi x 1.25in circumference), max cut depth 0.263in, seam ticks every 45 degrees, and a 1in scale-check square. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
