Printable wrap stencil for a true fishmouth (saddle) cope: 1.5in OD branch tube joining a 1.5in OD main tube at 90 degrees, centerlines intersecting. Unwrapped cut curve computed from the cylinder-intersection formula depth = R - sqrt(R^2 - (r cos t)^2) with r = R = 0.750in: wrap width 4.712in (pi x 1.5in circumference), saddle depth 0.750in, with a 1.250in straight wrap tail, quarter seam marks at 0/90/180/270/360 degrees, a check-ordinate table every 30 degrees, and a 2in calibration square. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
