Printable wrap stencil for a true fishmouth (saddle) cope: 2in OD branch tube joining a 2in OD main tube at 90 degrees, centerlines intersecting. Unwrapped cut curve computed from the cylinder-intersection formula depth = R - sqrt(R^2 - (r cos t)^2) with r = R = 1.0in: wrap width 6.283in (pi x 2in circumference), max cut depth 1.000in, seam marks every 45 degrees, and a 1in scale-check square. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
