24x48 fixture plate hole pattern for a welding / fabrication table top: 253 holes, 0.625in (5/8in) diameter, 2.00in on-center grid, first hole center 2.00in from each edge. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI with dimension callouts and a 2in calibration square. Print at 100%, trace or center-punch onto steel plate, drill or CNC-cut. Layout template only - plate thickness by builder (3/8in typical). Matching side and end strips are sold separately (48x4 side strip, 24x4 end strip) on the same 2in grid, so the hole pattern wraps the table edges.
