Square Tube Miter Template — 1.25" Square Tube, 45° Cut Wrap

Printable wrap template for a 45 degree miter corner in 1.25in square tube. Two identical pieces make a 45 degree corner — each piece is cut at 22.5 degrees. Developed wrap is true 1:1: wrap width = perimeter 4 x 1.250 = 5.000in, cut-line wave amplitude = 1.250 x tan(22.5 deg) = 0.518in peak to peak by trig. Faces 1 and 3 are flat (parallel to the bend plane); faces 2 and 4 ramp. Seam registers on a corner edge, with a 0.75in grip margin above and below the cut line. Blueprint sheet with a 2.00in print-check square — print at 100%, verify the square measures exactly 2.00in, wrap around the tube with the seam on a corner edge, trace the heavy line, cut on it. Pure square-tube geometry — no vehicle fit involved. Works on the outside of the tube, any wall thickness. Test-fit on scrap first.
