Printable wrap stencil for a true fishmouth (saddle) cope: 1.75in OD branch tube joining a 1.75in OD main tube at 75 degrees, centerlines intersecting. Unwrapped cut curve computed from true cylinder-intersection geometry: wrap width 5.498in (pi x 1.75in circumference), max cut depth 1.140in, seam marks every 45 degrees, and a 1in scale-check square that must measure exactly 1.000in square before cutting. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
