Unwrapped cut curve computed from the true cylinder-intersection geometry: wrap width 5.498in (pi x 1.75in circumference), max cut depth 1.516in, seam ticks every 45 degrees with the 0-degree seam marked, and a 1in scale-check box. True 1:1 scale at 96 DPI - print at 100%, wrap, trace the red curve, cut. Pure tube geometry - no vehicle fit involved. Works with any wall thickness (fits on OD). Test-fit on scrap first.
