Mini Bike Build - Engine Cradle Plate & Head Gussets (Plates Sheet 1)

Sheet 1 of the Mini Bike Build frame plates: the engine cradle plate plus both head gusset pairs, true 1:1. The 16.00 x 7.00in cradle plate carries the verified Predator 212 slot pattern - slot centers 6.38in (162mm), slot pairs 2.97in (75.5mm) rear and 3.17in (80.5mm) front, slots 0.375 x 1.125in for 5/16in bolts. Gusset A and gusset B (one mirrored pair each) tie the head tube into the backbone and down tube. Ships as a print-ready tiled PDF (9 pages, Letter size, 0.5in overlap, numbered tiles with an assembly key) - print at 100% and tape the pages together. One flag rides on this sheet: the engine slot pair widths are 2.97in (rear) / 3.17in (front) - confirm which pair is wider on your engine - VERIFY ON VEHICLE before cutting (printed on the drawing).
