Flat pattern for the Mini Bike Build fuel tank - an original design you bend up from one cross blank, 21.72 x 18.22in (bottom plus four walls, bend deductions shown), plus a separate flanged top panel (blank 11.82 x 8.32in). Finished tank: 11.00 x 7.50 x 5.50in, about 1.90 US gal gross (about 1.7 gal usable, estimate). Drawn with the 2.00in cap bung hole, petcock pilot hole and two saddle mounting tabs. Ships as a print-ready tiled PDF (16 pages, Letter size, 0.5in overlap, numbered tiles with an assembly key) - print at 100% and tape the pages together. One flag rides on this sheet: the petcock hole is a pilot hole only - drill/tap or weld a bung to match your petcock (common: 3/8 NPT or 1/4 NPT) - VERIFY ON VEHICLE before final assembly (printed on the drawing).
